A-Mazing. Had a really good experience. Facial and massage package and it was everything I needed and more. Have issues for months with a sore hip and the remedial massage has really taken the annoying niggle away and tension.

We love the Dandenong Ranges and Balance Mountain Day Spa is the cherry on the top of the mountain. A great option for any kind of day/weekend trip, whether it be to sort out sore muscles after nature walks or chill with a relaxation massages after tea and scones. We've been going for couples massages since 2013 and most recently I've been there for a pregnancy massage. Beautiful option for gift vouchers to special friends. Highly recommend Nadine as your therapist if she is available. Enjoy!

Cannot recommend Balance Therapies enough! We used their mobile service for 4 x 1hr massages at our accommodation over the wknd. We all absolutely loved the massage and didn't want it to end! Not only were the treatments Amazing, but so were the staff; the service when organising the appointment and on the day was also incredible!
Will DEFINITELY be back.
Thank you sooo much for helping to make our Mum's weekend getaway that little more relaxing and special.

I've just experienced heaven on earth in Mt Dandenong at Balance Mountain Day Spa.
From the moment I got out of my car I felt the stresses of the city melt away.
I was greeted with a cup of lemongrass & ginger tea and took a seat in the waterfall room where I sat in the most pretty room with a view to the garden.
After a few minutes my therapist took me to a beautifully warm room with calming background music and lovely scents wafting around.
Next came an hour of the best massage I've had!!
The therapist managed to get every knot and worry out of my overworked body and she offered me advice on my particular areas of pain and posture correction.
I walked into reception afterwards with a feeling of wellbeing and a determination to do this very important thing for myself every 6 weeks.
I've been to many day spas in the hills, Mornington Peninsula and Daylesford and I'd have to say that this place is the most professionally run that I've experienced. Plus the place is beautifully decorated and so serene. I can't recommend highly enough!

We had been gifted a couples massage voucher from my children for our wedding anniversary, the experience was fantastic from when we walked in right to the end. 
Our therapists brilliant and have not felt this relaxed in a long time. 
I think we will be going back on a regular basis.
