Balance Therapies mobile service evolved in 2001. After establishing a wonderful team of therapists and a fantastic reputaion for the service we offered we openend Balance Mountain Day Spa in 2011. This is the most beautiful location, on the way to sky high in the heart of the Dandenong Ranges.

My studies began at The Melbourne College of Natural Medicine in 2000 where I studied Remedial massage, this included; Myofacial release, Trigger point therapy and Deep tissue massage, Sports therapy as well as Aromatherapy and Reflexology. I have also studied Traditional cupping techniques and the Bowen Technique.
I have had the opportunity to gain a wide range of experience, having worked at clinics, sporting facilities and day spas. Providing services for The Melbourne Natural Health Care Centre (Boronia), Creating Health (Armadale), Casey Aquatic and Recreation Centre (Narre Warren) and The Villa Toscana Day Spa (Mt Dandenong).
BalanceTherapies evolved in 2001, while living in the Dandenong Ranges. ‘I realised the need for a mobile massage service in the dandenongs due to my own dislike for having to drive home after unwinding and relaxing with a fabulous massage. I felt going outside in the cold and having to drive home almost undid the wonderful treatment I had just received. Offering mobile massage and day spa treatments throughout the Dandenong ranges enables our clients to get the most out of their treatment. The service is available to your home, office, conference centre, and accommodation throughout the Dandenongs.
In July 2011 we opened our day spa premises in Olinda, Mount Dandenong. Balance Mountain Day Spa is a place where you can escape to, a place to unwind.This is the perfect location. Offering a Holistic approach incorporating everything from remedial to relaxtion massage, hot stone massage, beauty treatments including waxing, tinting, manicures and pedicures, body treatments, scrubs and wraps, and Hydrotherapy Spa.
