Booking with Balance Mountain Day Spa constitutes acceptance of terms and conditions as detailed below:

 

 

CONFIRMATION 
Booking confirmation may be issued via phone, text or online.

 

DEPOSITS 
All reservations are secured with a 50 – 100% deposit on a credit card with balance being payable 7 days prior to arrival date for room only bookings. We accept Visa and Mastercard, a 3% bank fee applies. Online deposit may be available by arrangement.

 

FINAL PAYMENT 
Required 7 days prior to arrival. 

 

TRANSFERS 
You can change your booked dates up to 15 days prior to arrival. A $25 administrative charge will apply. 14 days or less prior to your arrival date the cancellation policy will apply.

 

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations more than 14 days prior to your arrival date: Deposit refunded minus $50 cancellation fee.

Cancellation 8 – 14 days prior to arrival date: Forfeit of your deposit.

Please note that in all instances we will endeavour to rebook your cancelled dates – if it is possible to rebook your dates a $50 fee will apply.

Please note that Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.

 

 

MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES 
Balance Mountain Day Spa reserves the right to charge your credit card with any items that have been removed from the property, or if any damage occurs to the property. Please note that if special cleaning is required to a room (that is, due to staining carpet or the like) an additional charge may be applied of at least $100.

Please note that Balance Mountain Day Spa is non-smoking inside – cigarette disposal containers are supplied outside. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and additional cleaning charges apply if this occurs. 

 

 

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY, ACCEPTABLE USE AND OTHER TERMS 
Balance mountain day Spa caters for a maximum of 2 persons unless arrangements have been made with management prior to stay. Please note that if more than 2 persons are found to be staying Balance Mountain Day Spa reserves the right to apply an additional booking charge of $100 per night.

Please note that Balance Mountain Day Spa prohibits ‘parties’. Guests are not permitted to invite third parties onto the premises or grounds of Balance Mountain Day Spa  without prior approval in writing by management.

In-house massage or similar therapies are not permitted to be provided by any other service provider other than Balance Mountain Day Spa

The use of cookers / camping stoves are not permitted inside or outside Balance Mountain Day Spafor safety reasons.

Please note that pets may not be brought onto the property for the safety and comfort of all guests.

Any breach of acceptable use and other terms will incur charges.

Please note Balance Mountain Day Spa accepts no liability for damages or losses to personal property.

 

 

CANCELLATION BY BALANCE MOUNTAIN DAY SPA
Balance Mountain Day Spa reserves the right to cancel your booking in the unlikely event that it is deemed to be in your best interests. This would include unforseen maintenance issues, extreme bushfire risk, an extended power or gas outage or damage to your booked accommodation due to storms or other means. In this instance you will be given as much notice as feasibly possible and will provide assistance in securing alternative accommodation. You will be refunded in full any deposits already paid.

 

 

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS 
The Team at Balance Mountain Day Spa will endeavour to do whatever possible to make your stay enjoyable. It is up to YOU to communicate your needs. Please, if you have any specific expectations – bedding, food, or experience requirements – please make this clear at the time of enquiry/booking in advance of your stay so that we have sufficient time to cater to your desires.

Please communicate immediately  if your holiday does not meet your expectations so that we can provide assistance. It is the mutual responsibility of all parties to ensure that every effort is made to have the best spa country getaway possible.
